At VICTRIP EBIKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the e-bike in its original box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and manual, to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
